ELIGIBILITY |

Carl Perkins – Contractor to COT’s College Retention Program. Provide – Workshops at the start of each semester; mentoring and career guidance throughout the semester; 2 monthly workshops. |
Improve academic success & retention of economically disadvantaged students enrolled and attending COT |
At-risk students, disadvantaged students, displaced homemakers, single parents, non-traditional students. |

Family Economic Security Program – Liaison at OPA, Financial Literacy Classes, all counties.
|
Class time and on-line Financial Literacy Course. Completion of the on-line course, class time, and 100% will have a working documented monthly and yearly budget. |
TANF Eligible (child/children) in the home, adults over the age of 18 who are not receiving TANF whose household gross income is at or below 185% of Federal Poverty Level, Income is required. |

Employment and Training Services to gain Employment or Self-employment Volunteer Program |

Volunteer Program |
Adults over 18, who have relied on the financial support of another and is no longer receiving that support. |

Accelerated Employment Support Program All Counties |
Subsidize employment for a period of time not less than 1 month and not more than 6 months, either full-time or part-time, prevailing wage, employer to hire following subsidized employment. |
TANF eligible (child / children in the home) if income is eligible then all non-financial criteria must be met. |
